Lorex Technical Support Remote Login Portal

During a support call, you may be asked to visit this page by a technical support represenative. Lorex Technical Support uses a troubleshooting software called Bomgar to help you set up your system.

Bomgar gives support representatives the ability to control your computer, analyze the configuration of your system, and view necessary information to complete the troubleshooting process. Click the button below to continue, or see below for further information.

To enable Lorex support representatives to perform remote troubleshooting:

  1. Visit when instructed by a support representative. Please note that to receive technical support you must call the number listed on our Contact Us page.
  2. The support representative will provide you with a Session Key number. Enter this number and click Submit .
  3. You will be prompted to install the Bomgar software to enable the support representative to control your computer.

Once your session begins, you will have the ability to override control by moving your mouse. If the representative needs to remove your ability to regain control to complete troubleshooting, they are obligated to notify you and receive your permission before doing so. If at any time you need to regain control please let the representative know and they will return control back to you. The session may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes. Once the session is completed, the software will be automatically removed from your computer, and you may be asked to complete a satisfaction survey.
