Lorex offers Free Returns for products purchased from We appreciate your business and hope that our products meet your expectations in every way. If, however, you are not satisfied with your product you may send it back to us for a full refund. Products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that it may take 10-14 days once the items are received to have the refund issued.

Free returns for purchases within 30 Days

If you try our product and are not fully satisfied, you may return it for free within 30 days*.

Need to return a product? Follow these simple steps:

Login to Lorex account

1. Sign in to your Lorex account (you may already be logged in).

2. Click on 'Returns' in the menu options.

4. Select the item you wish to return (if eligible for return). If your item does not appear here, you may need to register it for warranty first.

5. Select the reason for return from the dropdown menu and click 'Submit'.

6. Your refund request will be reviewed and be marked as pending. If approved, you will be sent return instructions by email within 24 to 48 hours.

8. Print the generated label provided to you and secure it to your return package.1 Please ensure that all return-approved items arrive in the original condition. Incomplete or inaccurate returns may result in a processing delay of your refund.
